The project is dedicated to the creative Association of children's and youth choirs "Sokolyata" from the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region.
Their permanent leader Sergei Shesterikov and the children themselves - certainly an extraordinary phenomenon, known for its musical achievements throughout Russia and abroad.
